Modern Automated Dust Free Factory

YXF manufacturing base is designed and constructed according to industry safety standards and in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 ISO 14001 QC080000 Quality Management and Environmental Management production standards. Our factory has an area of 2500 m² with a thousand-level dust-free room hundred-level workbench automatic production line and manual production line. With a monthly production capacity of about 600k and an annual production capacity of 7000k YXF has invested heavily in intelligent manufacturing to achieve efficient and high quality mass production. Quality Control

YXF has implemented a strict quality control program during the production process. Product quality inspection must be done through eight processes including IQC IPQC FQC OQC etc. in strict accordance with the quality policy and control of product quality.
