RH3005-46-90 is a 0.3MP BF3005 DVP low-noise camera module. The BYD BF3005 is a highly integrated VGA camera chip which includes CMOS image sensor (CIS), image signal processing function (ISP), TV-encoder. It supports up to 60fps for VGA resolution.

BF3005 DVP camera module features high dynamic range, high sensitivity, ultra-low dark noise and defect correction, making it ideal for shooting in low-light environments. This High Sensitivity HDR BF3005 camera module offers automatic exposure, automatic gain, and automatic white balance control. Moreover, BF3005 sensor performs with ultra-low dark noise at high temperature, enabling 0.3MP high-performance DVP camera module to capture finer and clearer images in various environments.
